1.1  Agreement to Terms

Please note that registration on our site for any of our products or services implies that you have read, clearly understood and totally agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated in this terms of service.

From here on, the use of the term “products” cover file packages for our themes, templates, modules, extensions and add-ons while “services” cover but is not limited to projects such as setup, installation, and customization of our products and related ones.

Once you make payment for any of our products or services, you are granted instant access to the product or service paid for depending on any specified delivery time and the type of products or service. Should there be any delay in provision of access to the product or service after payment that is beyond 24 hours, customers should immediately notify us through our online contact form or send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. 3.1  Overview

We offer complete refund on our themes, templates, modules, extensions and add-on products within 7 days of purchase. We do this because we have total confidence in our products and the ability of our technical support department to successfully assist our customers on any issue that may emerge from the use of these products.

3.2  Conditions for Refund

However, refund would only be provided to concerned customer subject to the following conditions:

  1. That the customer has gone through our documentation and yet still be unable to resolve the issue;
  2. That the customer has contacted and received some documented response from our technical support department with regard to the cause and solution to the reported problem and the department could not assist with resolving it;
  3. That the problem is due to unresolvable fault or error in our product; and that The request for refund is made within 7 days of purchase of the product or item.
  4. Please note that these conditions are necessary because these products are digital products which we have no real control over once accessed and downloaded by the customers. There is also no way to stop the customers from still using or sharing this product after refund.

4.0  Product Modification

4.0  Product Modification

Customers are free to modify our themes for their individual use. We place no restriction or limit in this regard. However, copyright information displayed on the frontend of the theme (often in the footer sections) can be removed but those included within the files and their source codes should not be removed.

5.0  File Download and Support Service

5.0  File Download and Support Service

5.1  File Access and Support for 12 Months

Customers have unrestricted 12-month access to current and future versions of the products they paid for as well as accompanying technical support as long as it is within the agreed and stated subscription period. Downloaded files can be used even after the subscription has expired, but there would no longer be access to the files or to accompanying support services after subscription expiration.

5.2  Repurchase or Re-subscription

Customers are free to repurchase the products after its subscription expiration if they want to continue to enjoy access to the most recent versions of the product as long as the 12-month support that comes with it. Please note that there may or may not be discount available for these products during repurchase. Such discount when available shall be communicated to the customers when he or she is notified of the impending expiration of his or her subscription.

Images used in the demos of the products (i.e. themes and templates) are for demonstration purpose only and are not included in the actual product package except if such images are licensed and free to be shared and distributed.

7.0  Unauthorized Use

It is illegal to distribute, share or sell any of our free and premium themes, templates, extensions, modules and add-ons without prior written consent of Ajax Theme Studios. You may not place our products in modified and unmodified form, on any removable storage medium or website for the purpose of redistribution without prior written consent of Ajax Theme Studios.

Customers not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products or parts thereof, modified or unmodified.

9.0  Warranty

9.0  Warranty

Our products are provided ‘as-is’ without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Ajax Theme Studios be held liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of our products. We are also unable to guarantee that our products will always function with all third-party extensions, components, modules or other add-ons for any software (i.e. Prestashop, CS-Cart, etc.) we design themes and templates or modules, extensions and add-ons for.

In addition, we cannot guarantee that our themes and templates will work with all versions of all currently available web browsers and devices except when expressly stated. We therefore encourage customers and clients to ensure that they thoroughly test every theme and template through the demo sites made available for the live previews of our themes and template.

10.0  Product Updates

10.0  Product Updates

We shall try as much as possible to ensure that our products are consistently updated to work seamlessly with the most current versions of Prestashop and CS-Cart. We however reserve the right to determine the best time to make appropriate update release available as well as holds the exclusive right to either continue or discontinue update for any of our product.

We shall however provide sufficient notice ahead of time to customers regarding products that would no longer be updated or supported. Except when technically unadvisable or unfeasible, we commits to providing support and updates for our products for up to twenty-four (24) months following their releases.

We shall try as much as possible to ensure that all support request is attended to within 24 hours of submission. Customers and clients are encouraged to exercise patience during this period and to factor in the time difference that may exist between our corporate location and theirs.
